To qualify for access to Perks at Work, you are required to work with us for a minimum of 4 weeks. When you cease working with us, access will be removed. You can regain access by resuming work with us.
To sign up for Perks at Work, you must be a temporary worker at The Best Connection and worked with us for a minimum of 4 weeks. Simply visit the Perks at Work platform at www.perksatwork.com/thebestconnection and register using the email address associated with your MyTBC account. Once registered, you’ll unlock access to a wide range of fantastic perks and discounts!
You must initially sign up with the email address linked to your My TBC account so the system can verify your employment with The Best Connection and grant you full access to exclusive offers.
Perks at Work is only available to current workers. If your assignment ends, your access to perks will be removed. However, if you return to work with us, your access will be reinstated.
All discounts on Perks at Work are completely free to use for our temporary workers. Enjoy a wide range of discounts and benefits without any hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

Yes! You can invite up to 5 family members or friends to sign up for a free Perks at Work account using your personal invite link, found under ‘My Account’ on your page. They will have access to most discounts and the Community Online Academy.
Yes! All Community Online Academy classes are free for you and your invited friends and family to sign up for and participate in.
Click the ‘Help Centre’ icon at the top right of the Perks at Work page to access the customer service area. You can browse FAQs or submit a new inquiry using the online webform. Alternatively, email support@nextjump.com to create a ticket.
Perks at Work uses icon banners to distinguish offers. Promotions with a ‘WOWPoints offer’ banner are points-based, while ‘temporary worker pricing’ indicates our exclusive upfront discounts. You can browse through the ‘Temporary Worker Pricing’ category for upfront discount offers only.

Use the OneCart feature, a multi-store checkout that integrates temporary worker pricing with reward points. When purchasing directly through the site, you’ll have the option to pay with WOWPoints or redeem them for gift cards under ‘Redeem WOWPoints‘ near the gold WOWPoint icon.
