Find Answers to Common Questions About the Perks at Work Scheme at The Best Connection

After your 4-week qualifying period, visit www.perksatwork.com/thebestconnection and click ‘Sign Up For Free’. Use the same email address linked to your My Best Connection portal for smooth access. 

Temporary workers with The Best Connection can access Perks at Work after completing 4 weeks on assignment. Once your assignment ends, access will pause automatically and restart when you return to work with us. 

Yes. To qualify, you must be a registered temporary worker and actively on assignment for at least 4 weeks. Access ends when you finish work with us and resumes when you return. 

No – it’s completely free for all eligible temporary workers. You’ll have full access to discounts, benefits and training opportunities with no hidden fees. 

You must sign up with the email address associated with your MyTBC account so the system can verify your employment and grant full access. Once your account is active, you can also download the Perks at Work app for easier access to discounts and WOWPoints on the go. 

You can enjoy exclusive discounts on: 

  • Shopping, groceries, and dining 
  • Travel and holidays across the UK and abroad 
  • Entertainment, cinema and tech 
  • Fitness, wellness and online learning 

You’ll find everything from everyday savings to exclusive national retailer offers 

Access is available only while you’re actively working with us. Once your assignment ends, your account is paused – but it will be reactivated automatically when you start a new role. 

Yes. The Perks at Work app gives you quick access to discounts, WOWPoints and exclusive offers from your phone.

With the app, you can: 

  • Browse retailer discounts 
  • Track WOWPoints as you earn them 
  • Manage your profile and digital receipts 
  • Access the Everyday Savings collection instantly 
  • Join COA classes via quick links 

You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 

If you’re interested in learning and wellbeing, you can additionally download the Community Online Academy (COA) app to access live and on-demand classes. 

Yes. New offers are added frequently, so check back often to discover the latest UK retailer deals and limited-time savings. 

WOWPoints are the rewards you earn when you shop through Perks at Work. Every 100 WOWPoints = £1, and your points never expire. 

Offers labelled with a WOWPoints banner are points-based rewards, while Temporary Worker Pricing banners show upfront savings. You can browse both categories within the platform. 

Earn WOWPoints when shopping with selected retailers through the site. You can: 

  • Use OneCart checkout to combine purchases and rewards 
  • Redeem WOWPoints for gift cards or future discounts 
  • Shop using your linked card to earn points automatically 

Absolutely. You can access savings on: 

  • Gym memberships and fitness apps 
  • Wellness and mental health programmes 
  • Healthy eating and lifestyle services 

Our goal is to support your overall wellbeing, inside and outside of work. 

You can also boost your wellbeing through free fitness and personal growth classes on the Community Online Academy. 

Yes, you can invite up to five family members or friends to sign up via your invite link in ‘My Account’. They’ll gain access to most discounts and the Community Online Academy too. 

Through Perks at Work, you’ll also gain access to the Community Online Academy (COA) – a free online learning and wellbeing platform offering 50+ live classes every Thursday and 2,500+ on-demand videos for adults and kids. 

You can join classes from anywhere in the UK – at home, during your break, or on the go. 

Yes! All classes are completely free for you and your invited friends or family to enjoy. 

The app is available on both iOS and Android.

Simply search “Perks at Work” in your app store or follow the link in your Perks at Work dashboard.

  • Card linked perks and travel bookings 
  • Financial perks and account details 

Click the ‘Help Centre’ icon at the top right of the Perks at Work page to browse FAQs or submit an inquiry. 

You can also email support@nextjump.com to create a support ticket. The support team is available to help you make the most of your Perks at Work experience. 

Make sure you are using the same email address linked to your MyTBC portal account. If issues continue, try: 

  • Resetting your password 
  • Closing and reopening the app 
  • Updating to the latest version
