The Best Connection Welcomes Four New Operations Directors to Leadership Team 

The Best Connection is delighted to announce the appointment of four new Operations Directors from across the UK.

Danny Keyes, Paul Crocock, Will Miller, and Joe Feesey bring a wealth of experience from their time as Senior Managers within the business, and their step into these new roles reflects their proven leadership, expertise, and commitment to delivering excellence. 

These new directors will lead regional operations alongside our existing directors, Darren Ainge, Lee Harris, and Dave Schilling, who have each played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and direction. Collectively, the expanded leadership team will strengthen our operational expertise and ensure our regional strategies continue to drive excellence across the business and the wider recruitment sector. 

This expansion supports The Best Connection’s commitment to growth and enhancement in the years ahead. Following our change to an employee-owned business model at the start of 2024, this new leadership structure marks another significant milestone in our journey. In the midst of our ongoing digital transformation throughout 2025, we are experiencing one of the most exciting and pivotal periods in our history.
