Flexible workforce solutions business, The Best Connection Inc, has opened its first branch in Montreal to provide support for companies looking to engage temporary workers to energise their operations.

The Best Connection Inc. which is part of the UK-based SWS Group, specialises in supplying temporary workers to the industrial, driving, warehouse & distribution and retail sectors and has offices across Ontario in Mississauga, Woodbridge, Hamilton, Richmond Hill and Brampton.

'Many of our clients have asked when the team will be able to assist with fulfilling assignments across Quebec. Following a feasibility study, we decided the time is right to extend TBC Inc's footprint in the region,' said Elliot Mendoza, Operations Manager, TBC Inc.

This strategic move will allow the company to take advantage of Montreal's industrial, commercial and financial heritage and optimistic post-Covid recovery.

Kathleen Fecteau, Recruitment Consultant, who is spearheading the Quebec expansion for TBC Inc. said: 'Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of supporting our operations staff with launching TBC Inc's temporary recruitment services in Quebec. This has required mastering new systems to protect our workers and accommodating French as the main the language. Thankfully, as I am bilingual, I can converse with clients and workers in either French or English.
