Record-Breaking NPS Scores 

Our latest NPS survey gathered feedback from 2,834 clients and 28,239 temporary workers, showing significant improvements in satisfaction and highlighting the positive experiences of those who work with us. These results are the highest we’ve ever received, for both our clients and temporary workers. These scores are a clear testament to the dedication of our teams in delivering exceptional workforce solutions and ensuring that every individual and business has a positive experience when partnering with us. 

Client NPS Score Hits Record 61 

The NPS score from our clients has risen to an impressive 61, up from 34 in October 2023 and 51 in March 2024. This achievement demonstrates the value of the partnerships we’ve built with our clients, and the level of service we consistently provide.
