In October 2024, The Best Connection became one of the first recruitment agencies in the UK to launch a dedicated benefits scheme for temporary workers – Perks at Work. Designed to reward our workforce and add real value beyond pay, the scheme has now reached its first anniversary, and the results speak for themselves. 

One Year of Achievements 

Since launch, our temporary workers have embraced the platform and made the most of the benefits available: 

• Over 5,600 of our temporary workers active on the Perks at Work platform. 

• More than £5,000 in savings made in the first year alone. 

• 10,896 WOW Points earned, which can be redeemed against purchases to give even greater value.

Perks at Work is a free online benefit scheme for The Best Connection’s temporary workers, offering access to: 

• Discounts on shopping, groceries, and household essentials. 

• Savings on travel, entertainment, and days out. 

• Access to training, wellbeing courses, and lifestyle perks. 

• The ability to collect and redeem WOW Points against future purchases. 

By using Perks at Work, our temporary workers can enjoy benefits usually reserved for permanent employees – all while maintaining the flexibility of agency work.
