Recruitment Consultant
With experience, recruiters move into a Recruitment Consultant role, taking on greater responsibility for managing the full recruitment process.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing job vacancies from client briefing through to placement
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Building relationships with businesses and hiring managers
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Achieving performance targets and delivering results
This stage involves developing commercial awareness, strengthening relationships and building expertise within specific sectors.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Senior Recruitment Consultants bring experience, consistency and leadership to the role.
Responsibilities often include:
- managing key client accounts
- supporting and mentoring junior team members
- handling more complex or high-value placements
- contributing to branch performance and strategy
This role is often a step towards leadership positions such as Branch Manager.
