The Best Connection is recruiting for a Sales Representative for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Basic pay is between £15.00 to £16.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
Working hours are 10:00 till 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Partner with the marketing team to uncover and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Effectively manage time to complete all sales-related tasks within established deadlines.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client communications, sales processes, and completed transactions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor actions, and product knowledge to support effective promotion and sales efforts.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are vital for effective client engagement.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on preserving positive customer relationships.
- Knowledge of IT systems and sales-support tools is considered a plus.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills are key to excelling in this position.
