Job Title: Administrator / Data Entry Clerk

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) – Part-Time Considered
Pay : £12.21
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Walsall Wood area. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a good eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Check couriers' manifests and convert the data into Excel spreadsheets.
Verify if customers have existing carriage deals in place.
Calculate correct postage for orders and input postage costs accurately.
Process and deliver orders into the accounts system.
Complete end-of-day invoice procedures: email or print invoices and update customer accounts accordingly.
File paper orders into the appropriate customer files.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administration or data entry experience is beneficial but not essential.
