The Best Connection are currently seeking to recruit Refuse Collectors to join our clients growing team based in Petersfield, Hampshire. 

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Manually removing household waste and recycling
• Disposing waste into the lorry 
• Assisting a driver on their daily route in and around the Petersfield area 
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy
• Working with a small team in an allocated area
• Adhering with health and safety regulations 
• Dealing with members of the public 

Job requirements:

• Walking up to 15 miles per day
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Ability to lift up to 20 KG
• Good communication skills

Hours of work are 0630 to 1500, Monday to Friday.

Pay rate of £11.44 per hour, weekly pay.

Following 12 continuous weeks, the rate will increase to £11.60 per hour. Please note, there is the opportunity to be offered a full-time contract following a successful trial period.
