The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Yard Operative to join a busy and growing distribution site near Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, with potential for long-term growth and advancement.

Job Duties as a Yard Operative:

• Packing and palletising bottled products such as screen wash and AdBlue from the production line
• Picking orders and preparing them for dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers (some manual handling required)
• Forklift driving (training provided if needed)
• Working in both indoor and outdoor areas, depending on the task

Candidate Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, fast-paced work
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors when required
• Right to work in the UK
• Forklift or driving licence desirable, but not essential
