Role Overview:

As a Yard Operative, you will play a vital role in organising and transporting goods. Your contribution will help maintain efficient yard operations and support the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities as a Yard Operative:

• Organise and transport goods throughout the yard efficiently and safely
• Operate and monitor the bagging of goods to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly

Requirements of a Yard Operative:

• Must be abe to drive due to the location of the site.
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
