Yard Operative - Whitland

£12.71 per hour | Monday to Friday | Day Shifts

The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Whitland for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a busy, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general yard duties
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, including trucks
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and organised
• Assisting with the movement of vehicles and equipment where required
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Requirements:

• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous yard or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
• Team player with a proactive attitude
