The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative on behalf of a well-established Crewe based client.

Daily Duties will include:

Managing the yard effectively in order to maximise efficiency.
Directing drivers to the correct loading bay
Organising the yard in order to hit 'turn around' times.
Collating figures and reporting back Warehouse Manager 
Completing basic repairs of equipment
Meeting daily KPI's targets

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong communication skills.
Have the ability to be assertive but also remain professional at all times. 
Have a good level of English.
Be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Be able to work as part of a team to meet figures.
Be able to work well under pressure.

Working hours are:​

Any 2-5 days over 7 10am-2pm (8-20 hours per week) 

Immediate starts available, with long term on-going work.
