The Best Connection are actively seeking a WEIGHBRIDGE/SAMPLING OPERATIVES to work for our Recycling Plant client in Somercotes!!

The job roles and responsibilities include:

• This position plays a crucial role in day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in vehicle weighing and data management.
• Operating the weighbridge, ensuring all vehicles are accurately weighed in and out.
• Maintaining accurate records of weights and measures for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Conduct waste sampling and report issues for resolution.

Working hours:

• AFTERS: 14:30 - 23:00
• MONDAY TO FRIDAY: £13.60 p/h
• Potential overtime available...
• SATURDAY: £20.40 p/h
• SUNDAY: £27.20 p/h

We are seeking an individual who would ideally be able to flexible with the day shift, for example at times being available earlier on shift, when needed or covering the day shift operator on holidays.
