The Best Connection are recruiting for Waste Management Operatives on behalf of our client based in Broughton.

This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection and segregation of waste materials across site
• Ensuring waste is disposed of safely and in line with site procedures
• Maintaining clean and organised waste areas
• Supporting recycling and environmental initiatives
• Working safely in a busy industrial environment

There are two shift patterns available.

• 4 on / 4 off: 06:00 - 18:00

OR

• Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):
• 06:00 - 14:30
• 12:30 - 21:00

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
• Own transport is an advantage due to site location & start times
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Ability to commit to ongoing work
