Our Client based in Hatfield is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader.

The team leader will be responsible for all warehouse functions and leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives.

Warehouse Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

● Assisting with warehouse operations

● Oversee daily order consolidation and dispatch readiness.

● Coordinate with the warehouse manager on goods out and same-day deliveries.

● Oversee all daily collections.

● Conduct daily HSE and housekeeping walkarounds.

● Perform spot checks and maintain pick face accuracy.

● Carry out last minute order amendments & customer requests.

● Providing KPI information to the warehouse manager.

● Support team members with warehouse functions.

Warehouse Team Leader What we're looking for:

● Warehousing experience

● Counterbalance and Reach truck License (Preferred but not required)

● Able to Work under pressure.

● Strong Numeracy Skills

● Strong organisational and communication skills

● A proactive, team-first mindset

● Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Warehouse Team Leader Additional Information:

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

Salary: £28,100 Per Year
