The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Bisley, Woking.

The role is to manage the day to day operations with groups of prisoners.

Pay:

• £12.63 per hour

Hours:

• 0800-1600

• Monday to Friday which is 40 hours per week with 30 mins of unpaid breaks

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Team Leader:

• Leading a group of prisoners in a warehouse environment, whilst also being hands on with picking and packing
• Reconcile stock levels within the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
• Managing the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to the in-mates
• Ensuring operational targets are met and exceeded

Requirements of the Warehouse Team Leader:

• The ability to work in a prison warehouse environment
• A good understanding of warehouse processes, desirable
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Current 3 years of UK address history (mandatory for Enhanced Security Clearance)

• To ensure Health & Safety compliance 

We require Enhanced Level 1 security clearance and each candidate will need to provide the below for their vetting:

• Identification such as driving license and passport
• Proof of address
• 3 months of financial statements
• 5 years of address history- 3 of the most recent years of which needed to be in the UK.
• 5 years of employment history
• Provide a guarantor to verify your identity who is not a family member.
• Disclose any criminal records including speeding fines etc.
