The Best Connection is currently looking for two motivated and reliable Team Leaders to join a growing operation in Headcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous leadership experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or print environment who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Day Shift Team Leader

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 20:00
• Some weekend work required

Night Shift Team Leader

• Monday to Friday
• 20:00 - 08:00
• Some weekend work required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor workflow and ensure productivity levels are maintained.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Provide guidance, training and support to team members.
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Report any operational issues to management.
• Assist with staff allocation and shift planning.
• Drive a positive and motivated working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Operative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends.
• Experience within a print, manufacturing, production or warehouse environment would be advantageous.
