The Best Connection are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of an established client based near Mold, North Wales.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise forklift operatives, and take responsibility for the department in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and despatch paperwork

• Ensure timely issue of raw materials and packaging to production

• Maintain accurate stock records through regular physical inventory checks

• Control inbound and outbound goods, ensuring correct documentation

• Monitor stock rotation, integrity, and storage conditions

• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement improvements

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety

• Complete daily vehicle safety checks

Stock Control & Leadership

• Manage inventory across onsite and external warehouses

• Minimise stock loss and improve customer fulfilment

• Analyse stock data, identify trends, and resolve root causes

• Identify obsolete, damaged, or aged stock

• Handle disciplinary matters up to final written warning

Hours: Monday- Thursday (9.5 hours per day), Friday (7 hours)
