The role is for a temporary to permanent position after a successful interview process. Responsibilities of the role:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on the factory floor
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
- Being involved on the assembly line when required
- Stock control/stock taking
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a team leader/supervisor position
- Assembly experience in a production environment
- Forklift experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to achieve production goals
Hourly pay rate:
Hours of work:
- Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:00
- Friday 07:30-13:30
