The Best Connection are currently recruiting Cold Store Pickers to join our clients team who provide FROZEN food to one of the largest national supermarkets. Based in Reading, this is an ongoing role with a permanent contract available for the right candidate.

1. Monday - Friday 
2. Tuesday - Saturday

Times:

1400 - 2200

Pay Rates:

£14.13 - (£15.91 after 12 weeks)

Your responsibilities on a typical day will include:

• Supporting the picking of orders using the 'pick by voice' equipment
• Safely handling manual equipment
• Operating in a warehouse with temperatures of -25 degrees (insulated protective clothing will be provided)
• Adhering to health and safety practices in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

• Essential previous warehouse experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in your approach, especially during peak seasons!
• Alcohol and Drug Test will be conducted prior to starting
