The Best Connection are hiring on behalf of a client based in Waltham Cross (Cheshunt)
📍 Waltham Cross | ⏰ 4 on, 4 off shifts | ✅ 40 hours guaranteed
We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Waltham Cross.
Shift & Pay Details:
- Monday to Sunday on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Rotational Shifts one week early and one week late
- 4 on - 4 off
- Working across both shifts - 1st Shift 7AM to 5:30PM - 2nd Shift - 11:30AM to 10PM.
- £14.10 per hour Monday to Friday
- £18.50 per hour Weekends and Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing, and dispatching goods
- Stock counting and inventory management
- Processing returns and reverse logistics tasks
- Building and configuring server racks
- Maintaining excellent client service standards
- Working to KPIs, SLAs, and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience desirable
