The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's fantastic warehouse and distribution company, conveniently located in the heart of West Bromwich.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced, well‑established operation, with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

🕒 Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 13:30
  ✅ Early finish every Friday!

💷 Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

🏭 Role Overview

You will be working in a busy warehouse/distribution environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

✅ Key Duties

• Order picking a variety of electrical goods using hand scanners and large trolleys
• Loading and moving pallets
• Using a computer system to locate stock
• Unloading containers
• General warehouse and manual duties
• Operating an FLT Counterbalance to move stock (preferred but not essential)
• Any other duties as required by the supervisor

👤 What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous order picking experience
• FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous but not essential
• Flexible to work across different departments
• Reliable, punctual with good attendance
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• A strong team player
