We are recruiting for a warehouse operative for our clients based in Hythe. This role is based in a rural location so having your own transport is essential.

Job Role

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Working in both chilled (cold storage) and ambient areas as required
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Labelling goods and keeping inventory up to date
• Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient
• Mon-Fri 7am-5pm OR 4 on 4 off.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
• Comfortable working in cold environments (PPE provided)
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• A team player with good timekeeping and reliability
• Full UK Driving License and own transport
