Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an independent Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Stafford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their skills and progress within a growing business. Following a comprehensive training period, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse independently, with genuine opportunities to progress into a Supervisory role in the future.

You must have your own car and a valid license.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse operations independently following training
• Receiving and dispatching inbound and outbound goods
• Allocating, booking in, and managing stock
• Packing and quality-checking customer orders
• Printing shipping labels and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Ensuring stock accuracy and adherence to company procedures

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:30

Pay Rate

• £13.50 per hour
