Warehouse Operative - Full Time (Mon-Fri)

The Best Connection is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established client of ours within the medical industry. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity within a clean, organised, and supportive warehouse environment.

Monday to Friday

05:00 - 13:30

Role Overview

This position combines order fulfilment with general warehouse upkeep, ensuring essential medical equipment is prepared and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing medical equipment orders accurately.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and labelling shipments.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Carrying out general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping.
• Supporting goods-in processes and unloading deliveries.
• Ensuring health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Cleaning and sterilising medical equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to daily tasks.
