Our client is adding to their team based in Fradley. They are a global 3PL who opperate in over 50 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, handheld scanners
• Pack orders securely and label them correctly for dispatch
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Carry out quality checks on picked items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow all health and safety, manual handling, and site procedures
• Assist with stock replenishment and stock counts as required
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to a supervisor
• Work collaboratively as part of the warehouse team

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Good attention to detail
• Forklift or MHE licence (LLP, PPT, Reach, or Counterbalance)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or WMS systems

• Monday - Friday
• 06:00-14:00
• 07:00-15:00
• 08:00-16:00
• 10:00-20:00

Pay Rates

• £14.14 - £15.13
