Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Full-time)

A busy and growing organisation based in Hayes is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Stock and Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will support the daily running of warehouse operations.

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing stock orders accurately and preparing items for dispatch

• Replenishing picking locations and assisting with stock control and stock takes

• Reporting stock discrepancies, errors, or shortages

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

• Supporting goods-inwards and working collaboratively with other departments

• Operating warehouse equipment and helping achieve departmental targets while reducing waste

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 22kg and remain on your feet for most of the shift

• GCSE-level education or equivalent, with basic maths skills

• Basic computer skills for recording warehouse operations

• Good written and spoken English communication skills

• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Awareness of health & safety procedures and data protection guidelines

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of general warehouse or similar operational experience preferred

Training & Development

Successful candidates will be supported to achieve:

• AS (Advertising Specialist) industry certification

• CI (Continuous Improvement) internal certification
