Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Chatteris, who specialise in the repackaging of dried fruit and nuts. This is a great opportunity to join a busy warehouse team in a stable Monday to Friday role.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be involved in the handling and preparation of food products ready for distribution. The role will include a mixture of warehouse and manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Repackaging dried fruit and nut products
• Repalletising stock ready for dispatch
• Wrapping pallets securely for transport
• Moving goods around the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all food safety and health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy environment
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay & Hours

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am start
• 60-minute break
