Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Marden

Pay: £12.71 per hour (£30k Salary once perm)

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Flexible finish times)

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy site in Marden, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting, including items weighing 30kg+. You must therefore be comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work.

The role:

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and handling stock
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• General warehouse duties
• Working as part of a team
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Overtime regularly available

Hours and pay:

• 10:00 - 19:00
• 42.5+ hours paid per week
• Flexible finish time depending on workload
• £12.71 per hour
• Overtime often available
• Temp-to-Perm opportunity

Requirements:

• Comfortable regularly lifting 30kg+
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
• Previous forklift experience is advantageous, but not essential
