Warehouse Operative

Location: Marden

Pay: £12.71 per hour (£30k Salary once permanent).

Hours: 09:30 - 18:30 (flexibility available)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Overtime: Available

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in Marden. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of an active warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods
• Picking and packing orders
• Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (preferred)
• General warehouse duties and stock handling
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Counterbalance and Reach licences preferred
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous warehouse experience desirable
