FLT Reach Truck Driver - CV35 9JY

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in CV35 9JY. This role will involve a high level of Reach Truck operation, supporting goods in, put away, and stock replenishment across the warehouse.

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday: 06:15 - 15:15
Friday: 06:15 - 11:15

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Reach Truck to move stock safely within the warehouse

• Loading and unloading deliveries using the Reach Truck

• Putting stock away into high racking locations accurately

• Replenishing picking locations from bulk storage

• Transporting pallets between warehouse areas

• Supporting goods in by checking deliveries against paperwork

• Assisting with order picking and pallet preparation where required

• Ensuring pallets are stored safely and correctly within racking systems

• Carrying out daily MHE safety checks before use

• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment while following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment

• Comfortable working at height and handling palletised stock

• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
