Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles.

• Accurately check, label, and pack goods to ensure correct orders and prevent damage in transit.

• Complete all paperwork and scanning accurately and on time.

• Ensure orders are completed and ready for dispatch by the end of each shift.

• Follow all warehouse operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

• Adhere strictly to health & safety, hygiene standards, and PPE requirements.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of information.

• Perform duties to a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed KPIs at all times.

• Carry out additional duties as required to support warehouse operations.

About You:

• Effective communication skills.

• Good health & safety awareness.

• Basic numerical, reading, and computer skills.

• General knowledge of warehouse operations.

• Willingness to learn new skills and work under clear processes and supervision.

• Able to seek support when dealing with more complex or unexpected issues.

Desirable:

• FLT Licence (Flexi/Pivot Steer P1 or Counterbalance B1).
