We are currently seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding client in Coventry. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a permanent position offered following a successful trial period.

Pay: £12.21 per hour (higher rate available for licensed counterbalance FLT drivers)
Hours: 07:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP 

The role

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Use SAP (full training provided) to book stock in / out and maintain real‑time inventory records.
• If licensed, operate a counterbalance forklift to move pallets and materials; otherwise, manual pallet‑truck work only.
• Work safely at height on mezzanines and racking (all PPE supplied).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with 5S standards.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Good numeracy, keen eye for detail and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Physically fit and confident lifting up to 25 kg.
• Desirable (not essential):
• Valid counterbalance FLT licence (earns higher pay band)
• Hands‑on SAP or other WMS/ERP experience
• First‑aid or fire‑marshal certification
