The Best Connection is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and friendly team in the Swansea area. This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for consistent, long-term work with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or similar experience is desirable but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness – some heavy lifting may be required
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week – 5 days out of 7
Shifts:

Morning: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Afternoon/Evening: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
