Hourly Rate: £11.44- £12.21 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Operatives and Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Burnley, BB11. As part of our dynamic workforce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle and store materials and products in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly or warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
