Hours: Monday to Friday

Shift: 08:30-16:30

Salary: £13.50 per hour

​We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative who holds a valid Counterbalance forklift ticket to join our client's team at an event supplier warehouse in Aylesford.

This is primarily a varied warehouse assistant role, but you will be required to operate the forklift throughout the day to support stock movement.

It is a brilliant opportunity for a reliable individual looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday day shift with a friendly team.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​General warehouse duties, including organising stock layout and maintaining a clean work environment
• ​Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move event stock as required throughout the day
• ​Preparing and prepping event items for despatch
• ​Undertaking basic maintenance work on event equipment using hand and power tools (including occasional light painting)

​Requirements:

• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence/ticket (in-house certificates will be considered)
• ​Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• ​Comfortable using basic hand and power tools for equipment upkeep
• ​A hard-working, flexible attitude with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse
