Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

The Best Connection is thrilled to recruit Warehouse Operatives for a prestigious national utilities company in its brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Hinckley.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

Stock Control: Efficiently managing and organising warehouse stock.
Order Preparation: Picking and packing orders for timely delivery.
General Warehouse Duties: Maintaining an organised and operational workspace.
Delivery Tasks: Once permanent, you may take on delivery routes using a company vehicle.

Requirements for the Role

Full UK Driving Licence: A full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points is required.

Pay & Hours

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Weekend Rotation: 1 in every 6 Saturdays or Sundays, with a weekday off.
Advance Scheduling: Rotas are provided three weeks in advance.
Hourly Rate: £11.76 + holiday pay, increasing to £12.50 upon permanent hire.
