The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, based in Burton upon Trent.

This is a primarily warehouse-based role where successful candidates will be involved in a variety of daily warehouse duties. Whilst an FLT/Reach licence is required, this is not a full-time truck driving position, and candidates should be happy carrying out general warehouse work as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. Candidates with an accredited FLT licence only will also be considered.

Shift Times Available

• 06:00 - 15:00 (1 position available)
• 09:00 - 18:00 (2 positions available)

Pay Rate

• £13.46 per hour
• Overtime available

Duties Will Include

• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Stock movement and replenishment
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with stock control and inventory tasks
• Operating Reach Truck, FLT or PPT equipment when required

Candidate Requirements

• Accredited Reach Truck, FLT or PPT licence preferred
• Candidates with an accredited FLT licence only are encouraged to apply
• Evidence of Manual Handling training is essential
• Previous warehouse experience
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Happy to work in a hands-on warehouse role
