Warehouse Operative / FLT (Temp to Perm)

📍 Location: Bloxwich

We're seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid counterbalance forklift licence and previous steel industry experience to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.

🕒 Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
• Overtime available

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Operating counterbalance forklift trucks
• Handling and moving steel products
• Loading/unloading wagons
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping

✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance FLT licence
• Steel industry experience is essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a good work ethic
• Reliable and committed to long-term employment

💰 Pay & Benefits:

• Minimum wage during probation
• Quarterly bonuses once permanent
