Warehouse Operative - Dispatch
Location: Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse based in Stoke Aldermoor, Coventry.

This role is ideal for someone with previous dispatch experience who is happy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position involves manual order picking, preparing orders for dispatch and regular heavy lifting, so candidates must be physically fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual picking of customer orders

• Packing and preparing goods for dispatch

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Completing dispatch paperwork and labelling shipments

• Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies

• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience is essential

• Experience in a warehouse environment

• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable with a positive attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
