Due to increased demand, our client is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of their warehouse operations. This role involves accurately handling goods to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
• Receiving deliveries and checking stock against delivery notes
• Loading and unloading vehicles (manual handling and/or equipment)
• Carrying out regular stock checks and assisting with stock takes
• Labelling and storing goods in correct warehouse locations
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
• Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages or safety concerns
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and flexible
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• FLT licence (counterbalance/reach) and WMS experience advantageous but not essential

Working hours are Monday to Friday 06:00-14:30 (30‑minute unpaid break). Flexibility may be required to cover holidays or absences.

An immediate start is available following a successful interview, and this position could lead to permanent employment after a successful qualifying period.
