We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join a busy operation in the CV6 area on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
- Location: CV6
- Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility available)

The Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily warehouse activities (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Maintaining accurate stock levels using WMS systems
- Leading, supervising, and motivating the warehouse team
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Coordinating logistics and deliveries
- Monitoring performance and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager / Team Leader role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
- Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
