🔧 The Role

As a Site Labourer, you'll be an essential part of the operation, helping to keep production areas running efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

You'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing teams, moving materials and finished goods, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.

⏰ Working Hours

Monday to Thursday

Enjoy a regular three-day weekend as standard!

⚠️ To support future business growth, there may be a transition to rotating morning and afternoon/evening shifts, so flexibility is important.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining housekeeping and site cleanliness standards
• Managing waste disposal and recycling processes
• Ensuring waste is correctly segregated
• Supplying production areas with materials and equipment
• Moving finished products safely to despatch
• Preparing pallets and products for shipment
• Supporting manufacturing teams with a variety of site duties
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the facility

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Previous warehouse, labouring, manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
