Vineyard Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Alfriston | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30

We're looking for reliable and hardworking production staff to support our client in Alfriston with their harvest picking operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and takes pride in assisting with the production of high-quality products.

You will also be required to:

• Carry out vine shoot thinning, shoot positioning, and canopy management activities.
• Assist with vine maintenance and seasonal vineyard tasks.
• Ensure vineyard rows and growing areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance requirements.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with harvesting activities during the vintage season as required.
• Work collaboratively with vineyard supervisors and other team members.

Other Tasks:

• Report all incidents or broken equipment immediately to Shift manager
• Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety rules.

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

For this position you will need:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable commute due to remote location
