The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Van Driver on behalf of a prestigious client based in Spennymoor. This is an excellent opportunity offering temporary-to-permanent employment for the right candidate.

The Role

• Monday to Friday

• Early starts between 04:00 - 06:00

• Driving a 3.5T van on planned delivery routes

• Deliveries may include inside customer's homes

• Manual handling involved - heavy lifting required

• Ensuring full compliance with all security and operational procedures

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)

• Previous professional van driving experience preferred

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to pass a DBS check

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• £13.85 per hour - first 46 hours per week

• £16.74 per hour - overtime after 46 hours
