Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Early morning starts required
• Start times can be as early as 2:00am - 3:00am

The Role

As a Van Driver / Administrator, your duties will include:

• Driving a Long Wheel Base (LWB) Van to customer locations
• Collecting and delivering important documents
• Obtaining customer signatures and completing paperwork accurately
• Acting as a professional representative of the business
• Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone
• Answering and making customer calls
• Completing administrative duties including data entry, record keeping, and document processing
• Reading and checking documentation for accuracy
• Completing multi-drop routes as required
• Assisting with warehouse duties when necessary
• Manual handling of products weighing up to 20kg
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail

Essential Requirements

• Must be over 30 years old for insurance purposes
• Full UK Category B Driving Licence
• Previous van driving experience preferred
• Strong administration and IT skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-presented manner
• Good reading and writing ability
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Ability to start work from as early as 2:00am when required
