The Best Connection Group LTD are recruiting an experienced and reliable Van Driver to join our client's well-established distribution team in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stable, ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Job Details:

• Working Monday-Friday
• Standard hours are 08:00 - 18:00
• Van, fuel and insurance all paid for by client
• Temporary to permanent contract

Pay Rates:

• £14.73 per hour - Standard hours
• £17.53 per hour - Hours worked before 8am or after 7pm
• £22.10 per hour - Overtime (after 45 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering/collecting parcels to/from business & residential customers
• Completing between 70- 90 stops per day
• Assigned to a dedicated route covering either North Wales, Cheshire or Wirral.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Basic DBS check
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable history (either through work, education or proof of receipt of benefits)
• Van driving experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
