The Best Connection are currently seeking multiple Cat B Van Trainee Drivers for work in the Dartford area. Please note this is a temp to perm role with a great company. 

Through their 3-month training programme, you'll gain your C1 (7.5T) licence and learn how to deliver and install a wide range of products (including furniture and large appliances) as part of a 2-person crew – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Hours of work:

• Start times of 06:00, minimum working hours of 41 hours per week. This is a Monday to Saturday working week, normally with a 4 day shift pattern.

Pay Rates:

• Pay rate for this position £15.01 per hour PAYE with increase in pay up to £18.50 per hour following completion of C1 training course.

Duties include:

• The delivery and installation of furniture to customer's homes in and around the London and South East areas.
• the role will involve heavy lifting due to the products that you will be delivering. Assistance will be given with a driver’s mate who will assist with both delivery and installation
• This role is a customer facing position so the ideal candidate must be polite and professional, experience with white glove service would be beneficial. 

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Physically fit – heavy lifting involved
• Interest in technology and installations
• Experience in delivery or product installation is preferred but not essential
