The Best Connection are an Employment Business recruiting for this role on behalf of our client.

Our client operates from their base in Goole and they supply and install household furniture through internet sales and direct sales to the public. They operate from Monday to Friday but the successful applicant will be expected to work approximately 40 hours over 3 or 4 days.

The van is loaded with a number of deliveries to be done for the day. A 2 man team sets off each morning to deliver & assemble the furniture.

Due to the nature of this work applicants must be physically fit as the furniture needs to be carried into the house. Use of basic battery operated tools and manual tools is required.

We require a dedicated, reliable and professional person to support our client with an immediate start following registration with our agency and then to continue with ongoing work each week. This may lead to a full time, permanent offer of work.

PAYMENT TERMS :

• £ 12.50 PER HOUR
• SOME EARLY STARTS (05.00) AND LONG DAYS MAY BE REQUIRED.
• HOLIDAY ACCRUAL AT 28 DAYS PER ANNUM

Applicants will be given on the job training by accompanying an experienced senior driver/assembler to start.

Applicants must be over 25 years of age and must have held their licence for a year for insurance purposes.

No DR, DD, CD or IN10 endorsements will be accepted and no more than 6 minor points please.
